Patient Participation

Patient Reference Group (PRG)

Wyndham House Surgery established a Patient Reference Group in 2012 to provide us with feedback about our services and suggest ways in which we can improve them. All communication with the group is done by email, making this a Virtual PRG.

In February 2012 we sought your views and comments through our Patient Questionnaire. This was available to fill in at the surgery and online, and was also delivered by our Bertie drivers to people who found it hard to get to the surgery. Following the results we developed an Action Plan which we have worked to complete in the last 12 months – see link below.

In February 2013 we repeated the survey again with input from the Patient Reference Group.  The results are available on the link below as well as an Action Plan which we intend to fulfil during 2013/14.

The Action Plan from 2013 was successfully completed and we hope patients are enjoying the newly decorated, reupholstered waiting room. We have repeated the survey again in February 2014.  This involved the Patient Reference Group and this year we e mailed the survey to over 700 patients.  The results are available on the link below along with the Action Plan for 2014/15.

In 2015 we have completed a consultation exercise with the PPG and the report can be found below. No survey was done this year, but please continue to comment on anything about the surgery, either by leaving a message at Reception, by using our online Friends and Family form, or by contacting us via the Contact button on this website.
